Fiona Naayen

As a physio with over 30 years experience, Fiona designs, teaches and supervises both individual and small group exercise classes. She is a big believer in exercise as medicine and using functional exercises. She has become an expert at teaching and adapting exercise to suit her clients needs and to help them tackle pain, boost strength & flexibility and improve balance. Fiona is an accredited GLAD Australia physiotherapist, a Clinical Pilates instructor and Pinc and Steel trained practitioner.
